Almond Milk Jelly

Wash the agar and soak in water for 40 minutes.

Add a little water to the almonds in the blender and mash them. Put it in a bowl and set aside.

Put rock sugar and agar in the pot.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Add the chopped almonds and cook on medium heat until the agar melts.

Pour the fresh milk into the basin, add almond cream, and stir well.

Pour the fresh milk and almond frosting into the pot.

After boiling the pot again, turn off the heat

Put it in a container and let it cool in the refrigerator.
Tips:
When eating, you can put some sweet-scented osmanthus sauce or honey according to personal taste
