Almond Oatmeal Energy Bars

Mix the oatmeal and almond flakes, put them in a preheated 150 degree oven and bake for 5 minutes

Put the toasted oatmeal and almond flakes in a basin, add dried cranberries, rye flour, black sesame seeds, honey, egg whites and water

Put the mixed dough into a tin foil tray, compact it with a rolling pin, and bake it in the middle layer of the preheated 170 degree oven for about 25 minutes, let cool and cut into pieces.
Tips:
The egg white and honey are used to bind the ingredients. When you make it next time, I plan to keep it or put less flour and try it. It feels better.
