Almond Pancakes

1. Add the egg whites and caster sugar to the melted butter.

2. Stir well.

3. Then add almond flakes and low-gluten flour.

4. Blended finely.

5. Cover with a protective film and let stand for 30 minutes.

6. Divide evenly on the baking sheet.

7. Spread thin on the baking sheet.

8. Put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 160° for 15 minutes, the surface will be golden brown.
