Almond Raisin Bread

Ingredients: Arowana bread and wheat flour. Recently, my friends around me are participating in the 2018 China International Family Baking Competition. I heard that they use this flour. Prepare brown sugar, raisins, salt, almond flakes, corn oil, and yeast.

Add brown sugar, water, and fine salt to the bread bucket.

Then mix the golden arowana bread with wheat flour in the bucket, and add the weighed yeast.

Put the bread bucket back into the bread machine, select the sweet bread mode, knead the dough for 15 minutes, and then add corn oil.

After the bread machine is working until it drips, add almond slices.

At the same time, add the raisins, and then all the rest of the work is given to the bread machine.

After three hours of kneading in the oven, this big and soft bread is complete.
Tips:
If you like a bit more fragrant, you can replace corn oil with butter.
