Almond Red Bean Cake

Wash the red beans and soak them in 3 times the amount of water for more than 2 hours.

Put the soaked red beans with water in a pot and boil.

Reduce the heat and cook for 40 minutes, until the red beans are crispy.

Soak the required agar in cold water to soften it.

Strain the boiled red beans and place them separately.

Put the red bean water, lulu and soaked agar together in a pot and heat to melt the agar.

Add the red beans to the cooked Lulu agar water.

Finally, add some sugar to taste.

Pour Lulu red bean juice into the fresh-keeping box, and put it in the refrigerator after cooling.

Deduct the red bean cake from the fresh-keeping box and cut it into small pieces.
