Almond Tofu

Soak 5g of agar in 150 water for about 30 minutes.

Add 15g of almond flour in a heatable container.

Slowly pour the milk into the almond flour and dissolve it.

Heat the milk mixed with almond flour on the fire, turn off the fire when it is slightly turned on.

Put the soaked agar and water on the fire to heat up, the fire should be lower, and keep stirring.

When the agar gradually melts, add a can of almond milk.

When the agar is completely melted, add 15g of white sugar and keep stirring to melt it.

Lower the temperature of the cooked soup slightly and pour it into your favorite mold.

Leave it at room temperature for about two hours, or put it in the refrigerator for one hour, then it can be demoulded. After demoulding, drizzle with rose sauce or your favorite sauce and you can eat it.
