Almond Walnut Milk

Soak the cooked almonds in cool white for a few minutes, if the skin is good, don’t soak

Prepare almonds, walnuts and rock sugar. Peel the almonds, roast the walnuts to fragrant and peel them. I roasted the walnuts once before with rock sugar, then put them in the refrigerator after peeling them, and use them directly when needed.

Tips:
The cooked almonds and walnuts I use to save trouble can be drunk directly. If there are only raw ones at home, you can fry or roast them for fragrant use. You can also squeeze them and boil them directly.
