Aloe Vera with Sugar

Wash the fresh aloe leaves.

Use a knife to trim off the thorns on both sides of the aloe leaf.

Peel off the crusty skin on both sides of the aloe vera leaf, showing a transparent fleshy texture.
4.
Cut the aloe vera meat into small pieces.
5.
Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, and blanch the aloe vera meat for 2 minutes.
6.
Remove the aloe vera meat and place it in a dish, sprinkle with a layer of soft sugar while it is hot.
7.
Sprinkle a few grains of medlar to embellish it to cool off the heat!
Tips:
1 Go to the supermarket to buy aloe vera;
2 Blanch the aloe vera meat for 2 minutes to remove the bitterness and astringency.
