Aloe Lean Broth

Peel the aloe vera, cut into sections, and rinse with water

Lean meat slices, salted in oil for 15 minutes

Tips:
The aloe vera itself is very soft. Don't cook it for too long after putting it in the pot, it will be fine for 3-5 minutes
