Iced Desserts

Peel the aloe, cut into pieces, soak in water for a while, and then rinse off the mucus.

Wash the dried lotus seeds, boil them in boiling water, pour out the water, and remove the cores that are not clean, otherwise the cores will be bitter. Soak the white fungus, cut off the roots, and tear them into small flowers. (Better blanch it)

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the lotus seeds and cook for 10 minutes, then add the white fungus and aloe vera.

Add a few red dates and cook together, cook for about 20 minutes and add some rock sugar to taste

Turn off the heat after adding the coconut milk. (I don't have coconut milk, and adding a bottle of coconut milk tastes good).
