Aloe Sweet Potato and Wolfberry Porridge

One sweet potato, peeled and washed

Cut into small dices

Wash the rice, put it in a rice cooker, add twice as much water

Put the diced sweet potato in

Half aloe vera root, washed and peeled

Diced

Put it in the rice cooker and press the porridge key to start working

Wash the wolfberry soak in water and set aside
9.
After the porridge is cooked, put it in and simmer for two minutes

Add brown sugar to eat
Tips:
1. Peel the aloe vera into the dish;
2. The wolfberry does not need to be boiled, just put it in and eat it directly;
3. The addition of brown sugar increases the effect of nourishing blood.
