Amaranth with Garlic
                            
                                1.
                                A handful of amaranth, remove the roots, clean and set aside

                                Garlic smashed and chopped
                                    
                            
                            
                                3.
                                Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic diced to fry until fragrant, and add salt
                                    
                            
                            
                                4.
                                Add a bowl of water to a boil
                                    
                            
                            
                                5.
                                After the water is boiled, add the cleaned amaranth and stir fry
                                    
                            
                            
                                6.
                                Stir-fry for about a minute
                                    
                            
                            
                                Tips: 
                                1. Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, then add the amaranth, so that it will not be so dry and tender.
