Prepare the ingredients and wash the purple amaranth

Chop the purple amaranth and mince the garlic
3.
Put oil in the pot, add garlic and saute

Put the purple amaranth and stir fry, add the light soy sauce

Add rice and stir fry on low heat. Stir the rice slowly
