Amber Jelly

1. The main raw material is pigskin.

2. Appropriate amount of various spices.

3. Put a little cooking wine, green onions and ginger slices in a pot under cold water. Cook for about 5 minutes after boiling.

4. Remove the cooked pork skin.

5. There will be a small amount of pig hair on the pig skin, it is best to use small tweezers to pull it out.

6. The fat flakes on the inside of the pigskin are off.

7. Cut pig skin into small pieces.

8. After the processed pigskin is boiled in an underwater pot, add the ingredients, pepper, shiitake root, fragrant leaves, green onion and ginger slices, and cook for about 1 hour on a medium-to-low heat.

9. Season with dark soy sauce and a little salt, and boil it to a viscous shape after 1 hour.
