Andrographis

Wash the Andrographis paniculata and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Boil the pot with water, add a little salt and oil, and boil the Andrographis paniculata in the pot.

Put the Andrographis paniculata in the pot and blanch it, then remove it and place it in cold boiling water to cool it down.

Tips:
1. Condiments are added according to personal taste.
2. Blanching Andrographis with light oil salt water can make Andrographis indulge some base flavor.
3. After blanching Andrographis paniculata, put it in cold boiling water to cool it down, which can reduce nutrient loss.
