Andrographis Stuffed Dumplings

Add the flour to the right amount of water and make a dough for half an hour

Soak the andrographis leaves in light salt water for 5 minutes and rinse them off repeatedly

Boil boiled water, use cold water, remove the water, and chop

Fry the eggs in a frying pan

Tips:
1. Put a little more oil when frying eggs, so you don't need to add extra oil when mixing stuffing.
2. Boil the dumplings, put the dumplings into the pot after the water is boiled, turn it over again, click in cold water, repeat 2 times to get out of the pot, the dumplings are cooked just right
