Squeeze the andrographis and carrot shreds in water (not too dry or have a bad taste), put them in a pot with eryngii mushrooms, add light soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, white sesame seeds, salt, cold oil, and chili oil and mix well. Can be served.
Tips:
1 How to cook cold oil: put the green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper aniseed, and cumin in the oil and boil, turn yellow and remove. The rest is the cold oil, which can be used to mix cold vegetables and stir-fry when the oil is poured in.
2 It's good to add some chili oil to the spicy ones
3 Andrographis itself has a bit of salty taste, appropriate amount when seasoning
