Andrographis Paniculata

After the pot is hot, pour in an appropriate amount of oil.

After the oil temperature rises, add the Chinese pepper and dried red pepper.

Stir-fry the pepper and dried red pepper until the color darkens, and turn off the heat. Set aside the Chinese pepper and dried red pepper, leaving only the fried oil.

Soak the Andrographis paniculata in water for 10 minutes.

Clean it again, drain off the water, and put it in a container.

Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

Add a little sugar.

Grab and mix evenly.

Add sesame oil.

Add the fried oil and mix well.

Put it on a plate and garnish with fried dried red peppers.
12.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cooked sesame seeds.
Tips:
1. Andrographis paniculata has a slightly salty taste, so the amount of salt should not be added too much.
2. According to your own preference, you can also blanch the Andrographis with hot water before making it, but it should not be blanched for too long.
