Ang Thorn Fish Tofu Soup

Wash the ang thorn fish, cut tofu into small pieces, slice ginger and scallion and knot

Wash the pot and heat it, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add the thorny scorpionfish and fry until the surface is slightly yellow

Pour the submerged fish water into the green onion and ginger

Boil on high heat for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes

Add tofu, salt and chicken essence, turn to medium heat and cook for five minutes

Sprinkle in the chopped green onion
Tips:
If the fish is fried, the soup will be milky white
