Anhui Braised Tongue

1. Prepared materials.

2. Scrape and wash the pig tongue, boil it in a pot of boiling water until the froth is removed, and then scrape off the tongue coating and wash it.

3. Add cooking wine to the pot, add pork tongue, cinnamon, aniseed, pepper and fennel seeds.

4. Pour in the soy sauce.
