1. Prepare all the ingredients

2. The stinky tofu is cut into triangles and deep-fried in a frying pan.

3. Put the kitchen oil-absorbing paper to suck out the oil for later use.

4. Cut green and red peppers, slice garlic, chop green onion and ginger.

5. Stir the scallion, ginger, garlic in a wok until the oil is hot.

6. Pour the green and red pepper and stir fry for a while.

7. Add oyster sauce.
