Apple Cinnamon Cake

Cut the apple into small pieces, mix with cinnamon powder, add a small amount of water and fry on low heat until the flesh is colored.

Put it in a juicer to puree the fruit

Take out 110G and put it in the freezer for 2 hours, and put the other 150G in the refrigeration for later use

Beat eggs and sugar, add whipped cream, 150G fruit puree, and stir in appropriate amount of cinnamon powder.

Sift the flour and mix with baking powder and add to the previous puree, soften the butter, add and mix well

When the mold is 7 minutes full, stuff the frozen apple puree into the center of the batter, and stuff it inside, like the two on the left, and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
