Apple Crisp

The amount of apples is selected according to the capacity of my own oven. My 60-liter oven uses three apples on the four floors of the oven. The weight of the apples is about 800 grams. Wash and set aside.

Prepare a basin of water and drop a few drops of concentrated lemon juice. If not, use fresh lemons to squeeze out the juice. Add a teaspoon of salt and mix thoroughly.

Cut the apple in half.

Cut them into even slices, and cut them as thinly as possible. If you cut them thick, they will taste better, but there will be a slight fleshy feeling in the middle.

Put the apple slices in the lemon brine and soak for fifteen minutes.

Place the apple slices on a baking sheet and drain the water slightly.

Preheat the oven to 130 degrees, and send the apple slices into the preheated oven.

Select the air oven mode, the ordinary oven uses the hot air circulation function to bake, the temperature is 100 degrees, the time is 1 hour.

The time and temperature can be adjusted slightly according to the thickness of the apple slices and your favorite taste, but the hot air circulation function must be selected, and the finished product baked at low temperature for a long time is dry and crisp.

Take out the baked apple slices, let it cool and it will become crispy, put it in a fresh-keeping box, and take it as you eat

Choose apples with sufficient moisture, freshness, and crunchy texture. Soft-faced apples are not suitable for roasting crispy slices.
