Apple Crumble
1.
Boil the apples. Add 15g of butter and brown sugar to the pot. When all is melted, add salt and cinnamon and stir well. Pour in the diced apple and cook. Stir and cook for about 20 minutes. The texture of the apple becomes soft. The degree of hardness depends on personal taste. Diced apples can be cut by yourself, and the size depends on personal preference. It is recommended to cut small pieces for the first time to facilitate the placement of biscuit crisps. Mix crumbs. During the cooking time for the apples, put all the ingredients of the crumbs (the remaining 15g butter, brown sugar, oatmeal, flour) together and knead by hand, and mix well. To make crumbs, you can reduce the oatmeal and increase the flour according to your preference. The coconut powder can be sprinkled in to increase the aroma, and walnut powder and almond powder can be added a little if you like.
2.
Baked apples. After the apples are cooked, pour them into a container that can be put into the oven. At this time, only diced apples are needed, and no excess syrup is needed. If there is too much syrup, the syrup will bubble and overflow when roasting, and the finished product will be ugly and the container will not be easy to wash. After pouring the apples, flatten them with a spoon, then spread the crumbs on top and flatten them. Put it in the oven, 190℃, about 20 minutes, wait for the fragrance of the room
Tips:
Apple Crumble is traditionally eaten with vanilla ice cream or Custard sauce. You can add your favorites on the top layer. Sugar does not have to be brown sugar. You can use whatever you like, white sugar or brown sugar. Although it is a dessert, adding a little salt will make the sweetness more pronounced.
