Apple Jam

1. Wash, peel, core and dice the apples.

2. Pour clean water into a large bowl and add a pinch of salt.

3. Add diced apples and soak for 15 minutes.

4. Weigh 30g of butter.

5. Wash the lemon and cut in half.

6. Weigh 180g of white sugar.

7. Pour the sugar into a non-stick pan and turn on high heat until it melts.

8. Wait until the white saccharified to caramel color.

9. Add diced apples and adjust to medium heat.

10. Add butter and boil the diced apples until soft.

11. After the diced apples are soft, press the apples into puree with a spoon.
