Apple Pancake

Put pancake powder, sugar and eggs in a basin, add water, and make a paste.

Heat the pan on a low heat, no need to put oil, there is no pan at home, I use the wok directly, scoop a spoonful of the batter, spread it evenly, fry it on a low fire, the batter will change color, and it is basically cooked, no need to turn it over.

Repeat one by one, and fry out several pancake skins. How many are out depends on the size of the pan. I have 6 sheets.

The fried pancake skins, on the other hand, don't have a pan, which is a bit ugly. I can only say that it does not affect the taste. Wash the apples and cut them into pieces, and wrap them one by one with the pancake skins.

I just use them as my snacks for watching TV.

If you have cream, you can put a layer of cream on the pancake peel and roll your favorite fruit to make it richer. I don't like cream, I don't have it at home, so it's easy to eat.
