Spicy Leek Roasted Hairy Clams

Wash the leeks and cut into 4cm-long pieces.

Pour water (1⁄2 cup), pancake powder (1⁄2 cup), and chives in a bowl and stir.

Add the instant edible clam hot sauce and stir well.
4.
Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in the cooking oil, divide the stirred batter into small portions and put it in the pan.
5.
Baked to golden brown finish.
