Apple Pie

Unsalted butter is softened at room temperature, add low-gluten flour and sugar to knead evenly

Add eggs and 10g of water to knead into a smooth dough, put it in the refrigerator and relax for about 1 hour

The apples are washed, peeled, cored and cut into small pieces

Put the butter in the pot and heat it on low heat until it melts

Pour in apples and white sugar and stir fry slowly

When the apples become soft, add the cornstarch juice prepared with water and stir fry together

Add lemon juice and cinnamon powder

Stir fry evenly out of the pan

Take out the refrigerated pie crust from the refrigerator, divide it into two, take one of them and roll it into a 0.5cm thick round cake

Put it in the pie pan, remove the excess part from the edge

Fork some small holes in the pie crust with a fork

Spread the fried apples on the pie crust

Roll the other pie crust dough into a round cake and cut it into a strip about 1 cm wide with a knife

Place the cut long strips criss-crossed on the pie, weave the cross grids one by one and remove the extra edges

Let stand for about 15 minutes and brush the egg liquid on the surface

Bake in an air fryer for about 20 minutes
Tips:
1. Adjust the amount of water in the pie crust according to the water absorption of the flour
2. If there is no air fryer, you can use the oven to bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes
3. If you like to eat more stuffing, you can add more apples
