Apple, Red Dates and White Fungus Soup for Beauty and Beauty

Prepare ingredients.

Soak the white fungus in warm water for half an hour (according to the different soaking time of various kinds of white fungus, increase or decrease the time as appropriate), remove the stalks, wash, and tear into small flowers.
