Apple Soup

Prepare the required materials. An apple, half a small bowl of potato flour, half a small bowl of sugar. Two bowls of water.

Peel, seed, and dice the apples.

Pour a bowl of water, diced apples, and sugar into a small pot and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

The apples are boiled soft, and the potato flour paste is added. Mix potato flour with double water and stir to form a slurry. Put it into the pot while it is hot and stir continuously. Then put it into a bowl.

Tips:
After putting the potato flour paste, stir it quickly and make it transparent, and leave the fire immediately.
After 2 times the water and cool, it will form a powdery lump. 3 times the water is as thin as porridge. Add water as you like.
