Apple Stewed Raw Fish

Prepare apples, black fish, and ginger.

Clean up the black fish and cut into thick slices for later use.

Peel the apples and cut into pieces for later use.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the ginger slices.

Pour in raw fish and fry until the fish turns white.

Add an appropriate amount of cold water and bring to a boil.

Transfer to a casserole.

Skim off the foam; simmer until the soup is thick and white.

Pour in apple cubes.
10.
Bring to a boil on high fire.

Add some salt to taste.

Put the stewed fish soup in a bowl and serve warm.
Tips:
1. Black fish is suitable for people with weak body, hypoproteinemia, spleen and stomach qi deficiency, malnutrition, and anemia.
2. Avoid eating eggplant with black fish, which will damage the intestines and stomach.
