Apple Stewed Sweet Potatoes

Cut sweet potatoes into thin round slices, soak in water for a while, drain the water, core and peel the apples, cut into thin slices, and pour them into the enamel pot in turn.

Sprinkle with 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Then put in the remaining sweet potatoes, apples and sugar in the same order, and top with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and water, 5g of cream, and a little cinnamon powder.

Cover the pot with a little space, turn on a weak medium heat and heat. When it boils, cover the pot tightly and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat.

Turn off the heat, simmer for 5 minutes, and serve with vanilla ice cream.
