Add appropriate amount of yeast powder to wheat flour and bean curd residue and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of milk and make the dough proof.

Knead the soothed noodles to form a medium-sized noodle.

Knead the dough to make a round.
5.
Roll out the dough to make the middle of the dough slightly thicker.

Add applesauce.
7.
Wrap the applesauce tightly with the dough.
8.
Close it up, place it in the mold, and press lightly.
9.
Deduct it again, and the steamed cake is ready.
10.
Put the steamed cake dough into the cold water steamer, and steam again.

It can be steamed and served.
Tips:
1. The stuffing for steamed cake is added according to personal preference.
2. After the steamed cakes are put into the pot, heat to a low heat, and then turn to high heat when the pot is hot.
3. The steaming time varies with the size of the steamed cake. I steamed this for 15 minutes.
