During the Mid-Autumn Reunion Festival, tasting moon cakes and admiring the bright moon, but also eating dumplings.

Pork and Fennel Dumplings

1. Add water to the wheat flour to form a dough and let stand for 15 minutes

2. Add salt, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, olive oil to the pork filling and stir in one direction.

3. Pick the fennel, clean and chop, put it in the meat filling, add green onion and ginger, stir well and set aside

4. The dough is made into a medium-sized noodle and rolled into a dumpling wrapper

5. Add fillings on the dumpling skin, pinch the front and back pieces tightly, and wrap the dumpling

6. Add water to a boiling pot and bring to a boil. After the dumplings are cooked in the pot, remove and drain the water, then serve

Tips:

1. The filling of dumplings is matched according to personal preference. \n2, boil dumplings to widen the soup fire.
