Apple Syrup

Prepare a fresh apple. Wash the epidermis repeatedly with salt, peel and remove the nucleus. Cut into small pieces.

Sliced apples. Soak in dilute salt water to prevent oxidation and discoloration.

Use lemon juice for a while.
