Apple Tower

First make custard sauce: take 2 egg yolks, add 20g cornstarch and 40g powdered sugar

Stir well

Heat the milk to a boil

Pour the heated milk into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly

Add another 20g butter

Stir until the butter melts in it

Pour back into the milk pot again, stir while heating until thick, set aside to cool

Pour the prepared custard sauce into a piping bag with a round piping mouth

After the custard crust is soft at room temperature, use a rolling pin to gently flatten it, put it in a baking tray, oven 180 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes

Bake it out and let cool

Squeeze the custard sauce onto the custard crust in a spiral shape

After washing the apple, open it in half horizontally, remove the core, and then cut into small pieces

Take 10g butter and melt it in insulated water

Place the apple slices one by one on top of the custard sauce, put a dried cranberry in the middle, and brush the surface with melted butter

Sprinkle a layer of powdered sugar on the surface and bake for 25-30min in the oven at 170°C
