Apple Tremella Soup
1.
Take a large bowl and soak the fungus and lotus seeds with water.
2.
Rinse the soaked white fungus with water, drain and chop the white fungus.
3.
Put the white fungus and lotus seeds in a casserole, add water, and simmer until thick.
4.
Dice the apple and set aside.
5.
Stew the white fungus and lotus seeds until thick and add diced apples.
6.
Just boil the white fungus soup again.
Tips:
1. If the mindful lotus seeds need to remove the mind, otherwise there will be a bitter taste.
2. If you like more dessert, you can add some rock sugar.
3. The finer the white fungus is chopped, the better, and the thicker it is when chopped.
