Wash the apples and peel them

Most of the cuts, the size depends on the individual, I don’t have a masher and I can only use a soymilk maker, so I cut into the easiest cubes to break

Leave a small portion and chopped, about 2MM size, too small to eat, too large will affect the taste

Put the apple cubes in the soymilk machine to make the fruit puree. Remember to add a small amount of pure water when making the juice with the soymilk machine, otherwise the apples will not be easy to juice

Use a strainer to separate the pulp from the puree. In fact, the filtered soup is delicious apple juice.

Add a little apple juice to a hot pot, add rock sugar to a boil on high heat, then pour the filtered fruit puree into the soup

Add 2 spoons of honey, chopped apples, goji berries, raisins, etc., simmer on a low heat, stir with a spoon to avoid mashing the pot, turn off the heat when the soup becomes less and the jam thickens, and taste whether the taste is sweet enough

After letting cool, bottling, put in the refrigerator, and take food at any time
