Choose two good quality apples

Peel the apple. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces [Do not lose the apple peel]

Put the apples and peels into a bowl together, put in half a bowl of water

Put it in a pressure cooker and steam for 10 minutes [Steaming on medium heat]

Don't take out the steamed apples in a hurry, put them in the pot for a while before taking them out.
