Applesauce

The apples are peeled, cored, cut into small pieces, and placed in a pan

Pour the water and caster sugar into the pot, turn on a low heat and simmer, stirring properly.

Cook until the apples are soft, pour them into a food processor, and beat the puree.

Pour the puree again into the pan and continue to heat it on a low heat. Cook until the consistency you like and turn off the heat (you can pour some lemon juice to enhance the flavor before serving).
