Apricot Jam
1.
Apricots.
2.
The apricots are broken apart and cored.
3.
After washing, soak in light salt water for 1 hour.
4.
Add a lot of sugar and 1 gram of salt and cook until soft.
5.
Use a cooking stick to make a paste.
6.
Put it into a clean glass bottle that has been blanched with boiling water while it is hot. Tighten the lid and let it cool down immediately. After cooling, the negative pressure in the bottle will suck the lid into a little recess, and it can be stored in the refrigerator.
7.
Spread it on your own toast and eat it, sour and sweet, not bad.
Tips:
There must be a lot of white sugar. I haven't said it before. You can taste it. The finished product must be very sweet and not bad.
