Arabic Version of Tin Foil Assorted Grilled Meat with Cucumber Yogurt Salad

Remove the fat from the leg of lamb and cut into small pieces

Cut tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, potatoes, and onions into slices, cut one pepper, and use the remaining two for use. Keep the whole clove of garlic

Pour the lamb into a baking dish lined with tin foil, put a small spoonful of cardamom powder (or not) and salt, and then squeeze some lemon juice on top

Spread vegetables and garlic on top of the meat, add a little salt and cardamom powder

Finally, pour in the right amount of olive oil

Wrap the vegetables and meat tightly with tin foil

Preheat the oven, put in the wrapped vegetables and meat, and bake at 200 degrees for 80 minutes (the temperature of the oven is appropriately adjusted according to your own oven)

Take a cucumber and cut into slices, 2-3 cloves of garlic and cut into mince, a box of plain yogurt without sucrose (or homemade yogurt)

Mix the cucumber, garlic and yogurt and mix well, the cucumber yogurt salad is ready

After about 80 minutes, remove the baking tray from the oven, open the tin foil and sprinkle a little coriander, then wrap the tin foil, and simmer the coriander at the temperature of the tin foil.

Tips:
This method of barbecue retains the meat and vegetable soup to the greatest extent. The key is to wrap the ingredients tightly with tin foil. No need to add any extra seasonings. It is best to choose sour yogurt without sucrose, preferably homemade yogurt.
