Winter is here, it's time to eat a leg of lamb to relieve your greed.

Braised Lamb Leg with Braised Lamb

1. Wash leg of lamb and put ginger in a pot under cold water

2. Boil for 5 minutes and then remove the warm water to rinse off

3. Prepare the seasoning

4. Saute over medium heat for fragrant oil

5. Add the lamb bean paste and cook for half an hour, and then add the carrots and cook for ten minutes.

6. Put garlic and salt before boiling.
