Cumin Kebabs

Wash the front leg of lamb, drain the water, and cut into dices about 2 cm in size.

Tips:
Lamb is best to choose front leg meat, which is more tender. The roasting time of lamb skewers can be slightly extended by 1 or 2 minutes according to personal taste. It is not recommended to roast for too long, as the taste will appear old.
