Arctic Bay Sashimi

I bought the boxed Arctic scallops (the boxed ones are more sanitary),

Open frozen arctic shellfish.

First, prepare a bowl of ice water, and place the thawed Arctic shellfish in the ice water for a while.

Prepare the mustard sauce and serve the Arctic shellfish as a dip. Wasabi sauce can be mixed with Kubi salad sauce (wasabi flavor) available in the supermarket or with Japanese wasabi and light soy sauce.
Tips:
1. The Arctic shellfish must be thawed naturally after being taken out. It is not recommended to rinse with water.
2. The thawed Arctic shellfish can be immersed in ice water and refrigerated for a while before eating, or placed on crushed ice and eaten iced. This taste is sweet and crisp.
3. Recommend Chobe salad juice (mustard flavor). It is sold in supermarkets. It tastes good. It is great for making cold dishes and dipping dumplings. Shake well and eat.
(Bottled mustard salad juice contains mustard oil floating on the surface, shake vigorously before eating)
