Assorted Seafood Rice

Salmon slices, tuna slices, arctic shell slices, avocado slices, jade slices.

Puree the yam and add it to the rice.
3.
Add an egg yolk and add the cut side dishes.
4.
Sprinkle shredded katsuobushi, shredded seaweed, and salmon roe on top.
