This is a bean sprout grown by yourself, which is safe, nutritious and pollution-free. You can also grow wheatgrass. Juicing and drinking wheatgrass is good for your health.

This is the root of the developed bean sprouts. I have to say that the power of nature is very developed.

Cut off the bean sprouts, wash them and place them on a plate for later use. After cutting the bean sprouts, don't rush to throw away the remaining roots. It can still grow again. Generally, a plate of bean sprouts can grow two to three times.

Blanch the bean sprouts with hot water, put the seasoning in and stir evenly (the seasoning is added according to personal taste).
Tips:
Don't let the seeds see the light when they have not germinated, just water them more when they germinate. The bean sprouts must be eaten when they are tender! (This was originally for experimenting with our juicer. I blame the office girl for being too greedy, haha, I have to wait for the next time to squeeze the juice~).
