Arugula Salad

Prepare arugula, bread, eggs, avocado and other main dishes

Nuts, cucumbers, vinegar juice...but I didn't add any cheese slices at the end. I added some cheese sticks. You can see the final image.

Due to the amount of one person, I took 4oz of arugula.

Avocado slices, cucumber slices. The eggs are cooked and cut in half.

Put cucumber slices, bread cubes, and avocado slices on the edge. Pour the nut combination in the middle, this time using almonds, cashews, walnuts, and cranberries. Place the eggs on top and pour in the right amount of acetic acid juice. That's it.
