As Delicate As Light Cheese-condensed Milk Cotton Cake

The 6-inch round mold is lined with greased paper. I have a live bottom.

Heat the butter to melt.

Add low powder (without sieving) and mix until there are no particles. Continue to add condensed milk and mix well.

Cover the outside of the open bottom cake mold with tin foil, add 1cm of hot water to the baking pan, pour the cake batter into the mold vertically, and shake out the steam from a high place. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Rotate at 150 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.
