Asparagus Filet Steak

Prepare steak and asparagus, specially bought Australian filet mignon steak

Wash the asparagus and peel the old part

Cut into sections

The filet steak is moved from the freezer to the refrigerator one day in advance to thaw at low temperature, and when it is cooked, take it out in advance and return to room temperature

After warming the steak, use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture, and then cut into pieces

Add egg white and 1g of salt and mix well, then add a few drops of cooking oil and mix well

Fry the asparagus first

Put a little oil in the pan, heat it up, then add the marinated steak and fry. Fry on medium-high heat for about 30 seconds. Turn over and fry for half a minute after the surface changes color.

Then turn to low heat and add oyster sauce
